## The short answer

mymind is a private collection that sorts itself. Stashiro is a board you arrange and share: you place each reference where it makes sense, explain it with a note, invite people in, and one search finds a card by its text, its tags or a phrase in the page it came from. Choose Stashiro when your references belong to a project, not to a private archive.

## Where Stashiro is stronger

- **You lay out the board yourself.** Place references anywhere on an infinite canvas, put a note beside the image it explains and connect two cards. mymind's pages describe a collection it organizes for you, with tags and Spaces for grouping. They do not describe a free canvas.
- **You can share a board.** Invite people to a cloud board to view, add sources or edit, and discuss a reference in comments. mymind calls itself "for your eyes only" and lists collaboration among the things it leaves out.
- **Clipboard history on Windows and Mac.** The desktop app keeps copied text, links and images and sends a chosen copy to a board. It runs on Windows and Apple Silicon Macs and is in beta. mymind lists a macOS app. Its pages do not describe clipboard history or a Windows app.
- **A ready-made ChatGPT app.** Stashiro installs from the ChatGPT store and connects to Claude through MCP, with a sign-in and no code. mymind offers an API with access keys that you can wire into AI agents yourself.
- **It keeps your links tidy.** Stashiro tells you when you save a link you already have, lists the duplicates and checks a board's links for broken ones. mymind's product page does not describe duplicate or broken link checks.

## Where mymind is stronger

- **Automatic organization.** mymind tags what you save on its own and finds it by color, word or date. In Stashiro, AI tags new links, saved notes and images on the Plus and Studio plans and describes images so search finds them by what they show. Where each card goes is up to you.
- **Phone apps.** mymind has iOS and Android apps. Stashiro has no app in the phone stores: it runs in your phone's browser, and you can send links, photos and voice notes to a board through the Telegram bot.
- **Free cloud plan.** mymind has a free guest plan limited by storage. Stashiro's free boards need no account and stay in your browser. Cloud boards start at 4.79 EUR per month.
