Terms and Conditions

These terms govern access to Stashiro, including local boards, cloud sync, collaboration, paid plans, and the browser extension.

1. Agreement

By creating an account, starting a paid plan, using cloud features, or installing the Stashiro extension, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy. If you use Stashiro for a company or other organization, you confirm that you are allowed to bind that organization.

Stashiro is operated by Corsi Davide Orso, an Italian sole proprietorship operated by Davide Corsi. Italian VAT number: 03032600995.

2. The service

Stashiro is a visual workspace for collecting links, notes, images, audio, drawings, maps, AI-generated board drafts, and related metadata. The service includes a free local browser demo, paid cloud sync, collaboration features, link previews, the browser extension, and integrations with third-party services.

Guest boards are stored only in the browser that created them unless you explicitly transfer them to cloud storage. Cloud boards, uploaded files, collaboration, AI features, and saving from the browser extension into cloud boards require an account and may require an active paid subscription.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account and billing information, keep your credentials secure, and tell us promptly about unauthorized access. You must be at least 16 years old, or older if your local law requires a higher minimum age for online services.

4. Profile handles

Profile handles help other users recognize or invite an account. A handle does not give you ownership of a name, word, brand, or public identifier. We may reserve, decline, release, rename, or remove a handle when reasonably needed to prevent abuse, impersonation, confusion, rights violations, inactive use, technical conflicts, or changes to how Stashiro identifies accounts.

We will aim to handle these changes in a proportionate way and, where reasonably practicable, give notice or let you choose another handle. Board access and membership are tied to account identity rather than a handle, so changing a handle should not by itself transfer ownership or remove existing board permissions.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of content you add to Stashiro. You grant Stashiro a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, back up, and otherwise use that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the service.

You are responsible for your content, the links you save, and the permissions needed to upload or share them. Do not upload illegal content, malware, content that violates third-party rights, or content you are not allowed to process or share.

Content may include information fetched from saved links, product pages, travel pages, social posts, maps, and other third-party sources. You are responsible for checking whether that content can be saved, embedded, shared, or used for your purpose.

6. Copyright and DMCA notices

If you believe content available through Stashiro infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, send a notice to corsidavide@orso.studio.

Your notice should include: identification of the copyrighted work or right claimed to be infringed, identification of the Stashiro URL, board, file, link, preview, or content involved, your contact details, a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized, a statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and confirmation that you are the right holder or authorized to act for the right holder.

If your content was removed or restricted because of a copyright notice and you believe this was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice with the content involved, your contact details, and a good-faith explanation of why you believe the content was removed or restricted by mistake.

Stashiro may remove content, restrict access, disable sharing, preserve relevant records, notify the account owner, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts that repeatedly or seriously infringe third-party rights.

7. Sharing and collaboration

Cloud boards may be shared with other users through links, email invites, and roles such as view-only, add-sources, or editor. Board owners are responsible for inviting the right people, choosing appropriate roles, removing access when needed, and ensuring shared content can lawfully be disclosed.

8. AI features

Stashiro may use AI to create, organize, summarize, or modify board content. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it, publishing it, or using it for decisions.

When you use AI features, Stashiro may process and send the selected prompt, board context, files, screenshots, links, metadata, and generated outputs to AI providers only as needed to provide the requested feature, generate or edit board content, enforce usage limits, prevent abuse, maintain security, debug failures, and support your account.

Paid plans include AI credits or token limits. Credits may be reserved or consumed when AI features run, and requests may be blocked when a limit is reached. AI credits reset on paid subscription renewal invoices or initial paid subscription creation; plan changes or prorated invoices may update limits without resetting already used credits.

9. Browser extension and third-party sites

The Stashiro browser extension helps save links from supported sites such as video, social, shopping, article, and travel pages. Third-party sites may change their pages, terms, embeds, or availability at any time, so extension buttons, previews, and embeds may stop working or show incomplete information.

The browser extension may be distributed at no charge. Access to Stashiro cloud boards, cloud storage, and cloud sync remains governed by the account and plan limits that apply to the Stashiro service.

10. Acceptable use

You may not misuse Stashiro or help anyone else misuse Stashiro. This includes using Stashiro for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, or rights-violating activity; uploading malware, exploit code, credential-stealing content, or content you are not allowed to process or share; accessing, searching, scraping, extracting, or attempting to discover another user's data without permission; bypassing rate limits, paid limits, security controls, access controls, or technical restrictions; interfering with, overloading, scanning, probing, or disrupting Stashiro systems or providers; using automated access in a way that harms the service or exceeds documented product behavior; reverse engineering restricted parts of the service except where law gives you a non-waivable right to do so; using non-public Stashiro data, interfaces, outputs, or documentation to build, train, benchmark, or improve a competing product, model, dataset, or service; misrepresenting identity, ownership, authorization, or affiliation; or using Stashiro in a way that creates legal, security, operational, or reputational risk for Stashiro, users, providers, or third parties. Stashiro may limit, suspend, remove content, disable sharing, or terminate access when reasonably needed to investigate, prevent, or respond to misuse.

11. Free local demo and paid cloud plans

Stashiro offers a free local browser demo and paid subscription plans for cloud use. Current paid plan names include Pro, Ultra, and Founder. Public plan pages may show monthly prices, file limits, storage limits, AI credit allowances, and included features. These details may be configured or changed prospectively, and the active limits shown in the product or checkout flow control over older descriptions.

The local demo is a convenience feature for evaluating Stashiro in a single browser. It is stored in browser storage and may be lost if browser data is cleared, storage is full, the browser removes site data, or the local demo changes or is discontinued as Stashiro evolves. We do not provide cloud backup, recovery, continuity, or retention commitments for local demo boards unless you explicitly transfer them to an eligible cloud plan.

Cloud plans are intended for account-based sync, file uploads, collaboration, AI usage, and saves from the browser extension, subject to the limits of the selected plan.

12. Stripe billing and subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe Checkout and Stripe Billing. Checkout may collect first name, last name, billing email, billing address, payment details, tax information where applicable, and other information needed to create invoices, process payment, prevent fraud, and manage subscriptions.

Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. You can use the account billing area or Stripe customer portal to manage payment methods, invoices, upgrades, downgrades, cancellation, and subscription status where available. Some plan changes may take effect immediately, create prorations, or apply at the next billing period depending on Stripe settings and the change selected.

By subscribing or changing plan, you request immediate access to Stashiro cloud features. Subscription fees, consumed AI credits, uploaded storage, generated outputs, extension cloud saves, link previews, and third-party processing costs are non-refundable once the service has started or the relevant usage has occurred, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly stated by Stashiro.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period unless required by applicable law. If a plan is upgraded, downgraded, canceled, or changed, Stripe or Stashiro may apply prorations, credits, immediate limit changes, end-of-period changes, or other subscription adjustments depending on the selected change and payment-provider settings.

If payment fails, a subscription becomes past due, unpaid, incomplete, canceled, or otherwise inactive, Stashiro may limit or suspend cloud features, AI use, uploads, extension saves, or access to paid limits. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these Terms.

13. Changes to Stashiro

Stashiro may add, remove, suspend, limit, rename, redesign, or change free features, profile identifiers, plans, storage limits, AI credit limits, integrations, and technical requirements. We may do this to improve the product, manage capacity, maintain security, comply with law, respond to third-party changes, or adapt the service as the business develops. We will try to give reasonable notice when a material change negatively affects active paid users, unless urgent security, legal, or operational reasons require faster action.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date and version will change when we do. To the extent permitted by applicable law and regulations, we may change these Terms at any time without prior notice. For material changes, we may provide notice in the product, by email, or at sign-in. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using Stashiro and cancel any paid plan.

15. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Stashiro at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that harms Stashiro or others. We may also remove inactive or unpaid cloud data after reasonable notice where practical.

16. Disclaimers and liability

Stashiro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted service, loss-free storage, or that third-party previews, embeds, AI outputs, payment providers, auth providers, or browser extension integrations will always work. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stashiro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Italian law, except where mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise. Courts in Italy will have jurisdiction unless mandatory law gives you another forum.

18. Contact

Legal notices and privacy requests should be sent to corsidavide@orso.studio or through the contact channel published in the app, checkout flow, or official Stashiro website.
